What is Request for Quote, Order Query, Custom Quote and Add to collection?
Forms such as RFQs, Order Query forms, and Get Quotes can be filled out by customers to express their needs. Quote Requests can be sent in four different formats:
If you’re looking for something specific but can’t find it on our platform, we can curate products for you. There may be a requirement for higher MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) and longer lead times in this case.
If you are interested in a seller’s portfolio and would like them to manufacture a custom design for you. Lead times may be longer and MOQs may be higher.
Request a Custom Quote: If you like a product and wish to order specific quantities or customize the color or packaging, you can do so.
We will send you a Quotation once we receive your query. Upon confirmation, we’ll send you a payment instructions before your order can be processed!
What is the process for placing an order with GSGT?
Checkout shopping carts are available for most of our products. For those who would like a 1-on-1 checkout, we have a Request for Quotation process. Fill out our order form and one of our account managers will get in touch with you.
For some products, why do you have different prices based on quantity?
In general, the higher the quantity, the lower the price! For larger quantities or if you have special requirements, please send us a Get quote request, and we’ll get back to you with unbeatable prices.
How do you ensure that goods will be delivered as per specifications and on time?
Our quality control and production monitoring teams are dedicated to this task. From confirmation to finalization, we follow this process for every order. If we anticipate delays, we step in to caution and support the sellers. Once the goods are packed
and reach our warehouse, we do a final quality check before shipping. To be extra sure and avoid any surprises, buyers can also choose remote inspections.
